My Fave DVD Workouts & Weekend Health links

We went out for an amazing Italian dinner last night with family and there was no shortage of Eggplant Parm, noodles, fluffy white bread or dessert.

And then this morning rolled around and I was not feelin it. It's been a while since I totally gorged on a big meal & I have to admit that I fell victim to the whole "since I've already eaten a ton of food, I might as well have dessert" type of thinking.

I don't really know what got into me since I enjoy eating Clean & Whole foods like 99.9% of the time (The 0.1% of the other category usually happens after dinner). But hey.... it happens to all of us right? 
And this morning was not going to be my typical coffee & Oats wakeup call. ...
I started out with my lemon water (like always) but felt like it was just sitting on top of a full belly. I had to get movin.
And I needed someone else to tell me what to do. In case you should ever find yourself in this same situation, I'd like to introduce you to a few of my friends:

& I'm all better now. 1 hr or 15 min

& stretching.

by bodypart. Love the power burn!
My all time fave yoga DVD - there are many
different flows to choose from and they're all
filmed by the crashing waves - I love it!
The one super positive thing about doing this once in a while is that it makes you greatly appreciate how much energy you have every other day when your loving your body with lots of nutritious food.
