Good times are being had in our kitchen today preparing for our Vegan Thanksgiving tonight. All the measuring cups are neatly arranged on the counter and this kitchen is about to get a lot messier. But the table is set and that makes me feel like I don't have 98% more work to do :)
Naturally, the first thing I'm doing this morning is polishing all our silverware...because I wouldn't want anyone to know how really live :) Thank goodness good help is never hard to find around here....
A few months ago, I won a copy of Ecoholic Home, and I'm loving all the green tips in it.
I used this all natural silverware polish recipe from the book and it worked like a charm!! In my Recipes Page above, I've posted this recipe & a few others under "Green Cleaners"
Anyways, gotta get crackalackin...there is lots of eating, game playing & thankfulness to do today! We're doing a bit of traveling this week so I'm hoping we'll have lots of leftovers to pack & snack on. Instead of my regular weekly eats post, I thought I'd share my go to snack recipes....perfect for keeping our bellies happy on the plane:
