You're Here! Welcome to the 1st day of 2011 and the Hol:Fit Health Challenge! I'm so excited to start off this new year together as a bunch of healthy people! Over the next 30 days, I'm going to show you easy ways to add in some very Healthy Habits into your day. My hope is that you will try each challenge for at least 1 day, but my real wish for you is that you will think of these challenges in the same way you think of brushing your teeth & making your bed. I hope that this will be a great start to what will be your healthiest year yet!
As I introduce you to a Healthy Habit each day, I would like you to either do it the day of the challenge or find another day that week to give it a try. As you check back in each day - I want you to continue applying the healthy habit you learned previously. I am introducing each habit in a purposeful way so that you have more time to apply the habits you learn early on this month. For example - today you are going to learn about why you must increase your water intake to a certain amount. I want you to start this challenge today and continue it for the next 30 days.
In addition to each day's challenge, it would be very good for you to track your daily eating through either the Dailyplate site (it's free) or in a journal. You need to understand the link between what you're eating, when you're eating it & how it is affecting your health.
