Challenge #10: Circuit Workout during Commercial Breaks

Happy Monday!
So...what tv show have you been hooked on lately? For today's challenge, I want you to plan to watch this show by writing it in your calendar. While you won't be drinking vino during this "rose ceremony", you can however still have the girls over to watch because it will make the challenge that much more fun!
In today's video, I will show you a great 2 min workout circuit to do during every commercial break of the show. Most commercial breaks last about 2 minutes, which means you will have completed a good 15 min workout by the end.

Circuit Summary: 20 seconds of each exercise:
~ Jumping Jacks or Skip rope
~ Wall or stationary Squats
~ Burpees
~ Tricep Dips
~ Bridge Leg Lifts
~ Plank crunch & pushup.

Make sure you drink a whole bottle of water during the show & have a Green Monster Shake afterwards to replenish!
