Challenge #17: HIIT it Baby!

In today's Vid, I'm taking you through the benefits of adding in a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout every week. your challenge is to do this workout once this week in place of that same old, long & steady treadmill workout you've gotten so comfortable with!
HIIT:
 - 20 min total
 - 3 min warmup
 - 30 second high intensity interval (at 95% of your HR Max)
 - 90 second rest period
 - repeat 7 more times
 - Smile at your amazing bod.
