Happy Monday. I wanted to catch you today before you go doing that health habit of planning in all your workouts....Listen up:

Resources:
~ Sign up for a new class at your gym: Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, TRX, Kettlebell...even step. Just do something you've never done before.
~ Try a new Workout DVD. Here's a link to some of my faves.
~ Check out Exercise TV - an awesome site with tons of workout vids you can do from your laptop.
~ Do this awesome hotel workout (totally kidding, but funny)
