Challenge #27: Chew your food 20x

What was the last thing you ate? How many times did you chew each bite? So many questions, so little time....so get watching today's challenge video!

Tips:
 - Fully chew every mouthful. Depending on your bite size - this will be between 25 - 5o chews.
 - Don't drink with your meal
 - When you eat out - plan on taking 1/2 your meal home
 - Try to eat in a calmful state - your nervous system is directly linked to your digestive system.
