Challenge #6: Go to Bed!

In today's Challenge Video I'm talking to you about eyelid theater. It's something that I am the most guilty of not doing and I'm looking forward to changing my ways along with you!

A better option than a lit up alarm clock.

*Updated: One other very important risk of not going to bed before 11pm is that this deep sleep time is the only time that your precious heart gets to take a bit of a rest and lower in it's beats per minute (BPM). When it doesn't get this break, you have a higher risk of heart failure, stroke & high blood pressure.
