Tempting Tempeh & This Week's Vegan Eats

Happy Monday Healthy Mavens!
Don't you love a fresh new week? Time to plan in your healthy meals, your workouts and look over your calendar to make sure your spending time with people & doing things that make your world a better place....
Each Monday, I list my meal plan for the week with links to the recipes so you can try them out if you'd like. I'm also going to start sharing what the best dish was that I made the week before. Here is the hands down hit of last week:
My Fave brand of Tempeh (bought at Peanut Mill)
Chop up the Tempeh into trianges
Mix up your marinade
Drown your tempeh in the marinade and let sit for at least 30 min
Prep some veggies by spraying with produce wash & then chopping.
Add the tempeh to a coco oiled pan and fry for a few min before adding in
chopped veggies & your cooked quinoa.
Sprinkle cashews on top & drool....
Serve with some greens.
