Hol:Fit:Spiration {Week 1}

Alright - who's ready for a little Mid-August Motivation? Let's finish off this summer Strong + Beautiful by stepping up our workouts and pulling a few inspiring tactics out of our toolbox to keep us motivated.
Each week for the next 4,  I'm going to bring you a fresh workout to try as well as a Fit Tip to motivate you to keep your workouts + nutrition in check.
