ReplyDeleteHi Ange, I was invited to join this challenge by a friend and I am seriously considering it. My question to you is what do you consider "real food"? Does this mean raw/vegan food, or would it include brown rice, cooked quinoa, eggs, plain yogourt, etc.? Thanks! :)
