I have been so enjoying the gift of extra down time with my little fam jam this weekend - lots of playing, baking, movies and... well...laundry. It's been a busy couple of months and April will be the busiest one yet so I'm soaking up every minute of chill time with these vee eye pee's...
I have been a busy girl lately - but I'm energized by it all:
~ The Spring session of my virtual Eat Clean Get Lean program is 1 week in and it is the largest group to date! They are super engaged, passionate women and are truly changing their life (and their family's) because they are empowering themselves with the information & health habits that were needed to have them accessing their life 2.0....it does exist. It just requires that you start showing up in your own life.
~ I have launched 2 classes in my Virtual Classroom in the last few months that have been met with great support & success - The Healthy Sustainable Kitchen and DIY Sprouting & Probiotics. I will continue to run these at least monthly as the last few completely sold out! I also have a few products I'll be launching on my website before Summer that I know you're gonna love!
~ The biweekly podcast, The Holistic Health Diary, that I launched with my good friend just 2 months ago has already hit ITunes 'New & Noteworthy' list!!!
And in April...oh my goodness.....so stoked to share that we are over 90% sold out for the Holistic Wellness Retreat I'm co-hosting in Muskoka - wow!!! Talk about the ultimate the girls weekend - I cannot wait!
Whew! All this excitement is making me hungry for this RAWmazing pie I made a few weeks ago for a girls gourmet group I'm part of. Seriously....make this tomorrow - and throw out that old tub of mint chip Ben + Jerry's.
