Come to the Table ...

Happy Thanksgiving weekend to all Canadian friends! 

I look at this weekend as a segway into the next season - a season of cozy dinners, more time around the table and a changeup to hobbies, workouts + more nourishing warm foods and a beautiful reminder of all we have to be grateful for ...


My brand has evolved over the years to what it is today where I know I'm called to reach women who are INTERESTED IN COMING HOME. In the literal sense but also in coming home to their power, their health and their best life. It's at the heart of all of my work - to provide access to the information, the tools and the opportunity that truly supports this 'coming home' for women. 

Within that - I believe that time spent around the table in real conversation with the senses fired up is very healing.

To dial up the feels - I thought I would do a post on 'activating the senses' this Thanksgiving. I've learned that this is the secret to anchoring the special moments we create to be memories that we access easily down the road...

If you've been around me for a little bit - you know why we don't use fragrance or toxic chemicals in the home anymore. But we definitely know how powerful our sense of smell is any how plants do a much better job in the aromatic playground than humans could ever mimic in a lab. And plants don't have the same agenda that the toxic fragrance industry does ;)

One of the quickest ways to create a healthier home is through the products we are using to clean our surfaces. Just say no to icky cleaning chemicals - this is the easiest switch to make! Here is an awesome all purpose cleaning recipe that will create a beautiful fall/winter aroma as you clean:

A quick note on essential oils - you likely know by now that I only recommend doTERRA. At first is was because their quality is unmatched, but then the sustainable sourcing and integrity of the company became quickly apparent and important to me.
