    I love all your challenge videos :)
    I watch one of your challenge video in which you said that dishwasher liquid is unsafe.So I want to know what should be used in place of dishwasher liquid?

    1. Hey Reena,
      Conventional brands of dish soap/liquid are quite toxic but there are great non toxic alternatives available in stores now. There are also recipes for to make your own cleaners. Here's a link to the one that I make up: http://www.plantoeat.com/recipes/55579

  4. Hi Ange! I'm addicted to your site:) You are encouraging and an inspiration. Thanks for your great advice.

    I noticed that you blogged about the Wheat Belly; my husband and I just recently caught up on his info on wheat as well. Such a bummer...I love me a good slice of rye bread. Oh well...lol I'd prefer cutting it out than the alternatives I guess.

    Quick question: What are your thoughts on juicing for babies? I recently read that the fibers in fruits and veggies are hard on a babies belly and can be better for them in juice format. Have you heard anything about this?

    1. Hey Charity!! Makes me all warm & fuzzy to know you're enjoying the site!! And I love how much thought & dedication you're putting into the health of your family! As far as the juicing, that would be great method of thinning out the whole foods as you're introducing them. Carrot juice is great because it's not as acidic and sweet without a ton of sugar.

    2. Thanks a lot Ange. We will start with mashed banana, since she has already been tasting banana in the mesh Nuby thing, and then maybe mix some carrot juice in with her avocado as the second new food?

      How are you finding the gluten-free diet? It has only been two days for me and I feel huuuungry! haha I think I might need to start having things ready in advance to grab when I'm in a hurry or find a good gluten-free bread to make my snacks more filling...
