All of these workouts can be done at home with minimal equipment + some good tunes 👊
here are some circuits I've recorded over the years:

Personal Best full body speed Workout
100 skips + 10 kbell swings + 10 deadlifts + 10 reverse lunges x 10 sets
Nutrition + Workout timing
Personally - I have pretty structured days so I have bulletproof coffee until noon
and then I follow my workout with a smoothie that has 20g protein.
Then about an hour later I have a huge salad with veggies, fats and some protein.
And then continue eating until about 8-9pm
I try to workout every day at noon.
I alternate between a cardio day followed by a
weight training circuit day.
