Okay I have a goodie to share with you today as you dial up the fall vibes and look to support your littles’ immune system as they head out on adventures 🎃

This is a great way to make a 180 degree shift from toxic air fresheners because you will be eliminating your exposure to them all while making your home smell like all the beautiful aromas you love this time of year + BONUS - your home air will be cleaner and your immune system better supported 🙌🏻

First you’ll want to whip up this blend of you have these doTERRA oils: use a ratio of 5 cinnamon, 10 ginger, 20 cassia and 30 wild orange.

I collect all my empty essential oil bottles for adventures like this. So I take an empty EO bottle and drop that ratio into it.
Then I add a dropper top (you can get them from Share Oils ... or you can just pop the clear orffice back on)
And voila - you have a custom blend to use in the ways I’m sharing here:

👉🏻 DIFFUSER BLEND: Either add 4 drops of your custom fall blend to the water tank of your diffuser. Or hook your custom blend right up to atomizing diffuser (doesn’t use water)

👉🏻 ALL PURPOSE FALL CLEANER: to a 16oz glass spray bottle, add 2 tbsp OnGuard Cleaning Concentrate + 20 drops of your custom blend + top up with water

👉🏻 FALL HOUSE SPRAY: To a 30 ml spray bottle (you can purchase them from within your doterra store in the accessories section), add 10 drops of your custom blend + 1 tbsp witch hazel or pure vodka + top up with water.

SIMPLE, NATURAL + the AROMA of fall memories 💕

Pumpkin carving fun: light some candles outside, eat soup in mugs, tunes on, fire going ...
Visit a local retirement or nursing home to show the residents the kids dressed up - this brings so much joy!

Candy Currency:

Have you guys heard of The Switch Witch? This is smart …
It's basically a 'candy currency' idea where after your kids have come home with their candy, they can choose a few of their fave pieces in then they toss all the rest into a large bucket/cauldren to be picked up by the Switch Witch. She then leaves for them a small gift in exchange. Broom!

To make this successful - there is actually a poem you can read to your kids leading up to Halloween (to tee up the big exchange)

Well … my kids didn't respond so well to the Switch Witch idea mostly because of the wording,
so I put some peppermint oil on my temples and got to work.

I became a poet for 10 seconds ;)

Happy + Safe Halloween!
