I have a success secret of mine to share with you: I’m annoyingly consistent + super protective of my time.
Daily ripples of action are a result of the rituals we have in place.

I have created a day (and therefore a life) that reflect my values. It’s the reason I became an entrepreneur 10 years ago.

Designing a day that has rituals built in allows you to conserve your every for making decisions from a clear place and not a fatigued place.
Many people struggle with decision fatigue because they do not have a sequence to their day.

If you are a business owner - I believe there are 3 things that will determine whether you create success:

  1. The energy with which you do the thing. (This is why 2 people can do the same thing and have different results)

  2. Your ability to make fast, clear decisions.

  3. Your consistency each day … an amateur will do something scattered or once and then give up. If you wanna go pro - create a routine around action.

I thought I would share with you my specific sequence for my day … this blueprint has been about the same for the last 5 years.
I tweak it when I have an incredible day or experience - I blueprint what made that happen

I view music (click here for my playlists) and pure essential oils (don’t waste your money on oils from the mall or gas station - only use doTERRA. The others just smell nice but don’t do anything but clog up your cells) as non negotiables for me to access my highest energy each day.
